DAY 1: TOKYO – ARRIVAL

  • Morning: Pick up at Narita/Haneda Airport. Transfer to hotel by private vehicle.
  • Noon: Lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Afternoon: Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple and Nakamise Old Street.
  • Evening: Free time to explore Shinjuku area. Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 2: TOKYO – MODERN & TRADITIONAL CITY

  • Morning: Visit Tokyo Imperial Palace and Meiji Shrine.
  • Noon: Lunch in Harajuku.
  • Afternoon: Walk around Omotesando shopping street or optional visit to teamLab Museum.
  • Evening: View Tokyo Tower at night, dinner on your own. Overnight in Tokyo.

DAY 3: TOKYO – HAKODATE (SHINKANSEN)

  • Morning: Travel from Tokyo to Hakodate by Shinkansen (~4 hours).
  • Noon: Lunch at Hakodate Morning Market with fresh seafood.
  • Afternoon: Visit Motomachi district and Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses.
  • Evening: Visit Hakodate Mountain for night view. Overnight in Hakodate.

DAY 4: HAKODATE – NOBORIBETSU

  • Morning: Depart to Noboribetsu (~3 hours).
  • Noon: Lunch at local restaurant.
  • Afternoon: Visit Jigokudani “Hell Valley” geothermal area.
  • Evening: Stay at ryokan, enjoy Japanese-style dinner and onsen bath. Overnight in Noboribetsu.

DAY 5: NOBORIBETSU – LAKE TOYA – SAPPORO

  • Morning: Travel to Lake Toya and take Usu Mountain Ropeway.
  • Noon: Lunch near the lake area.
  • Afternoon: Proceed to Sapporo (~2 hours), check in hotel.
  • Evening: Stroll Odori Park, dinner on your own. Overnight in Sapporo.

DAY 6: SAPPORO – OTARU – SAPPORO

  • Morning: Visit Otaru Canal, glass workshops, and music box museum.
  • Noon: Lunch with sushi and fresh seafood.
  • Afternoon: Return to Sapporo, visit Nijo Market seafood market.
  • Evening: Free time for shopping at Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Overnight in Sapporo.

DAY 7: SAPPORO – FURANO – BIEI

  • Morning: Travel to Furano (~2 hours), visit winter farms.
  • Noon: Lunch in Furano.
  • Afternoon: Visit Blue Pond and Patchwork Hills in Biei.
  • Evening: Stay at hotel or ryokan in Furano/Biei area, dinner at hotel. Overnight in Furano.

DAY 8: FURANO – SAPPORO

  • Morning: Return to Sapporo (~2 hours).
  • Noon: Lunch in central Sapporo.
  • Afternoon: Visit Sapporo Beer Museum or nearby outlet mall.
  • Evening: Farewell dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Sapporo.

DAY 9: SAPPORO – TOKYO (BY AIR OR SHINKANSEN)

  • Morning: Travel back to Tokyo by plane or Shinkansen (optional).
  • Noon: Light lunch in Tokyo.
  • Afternoon: Visit Shibuya area, shop at Don Quijote or electronics stores.
  • Evening: Overnight in Tokyo, dinner on your own.

DAY 10: TOKYO – END OF TOUR

  • Morning: Breakfast at hotel.
  • Free time: Independent activities, end of tour.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

  • Pay 50% of the total tour price immediately after booking confirmation.
  • Pay the remaining 50% at least 30 days before departure.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancel after deposit payment: 10% penalty of the tour price (no penalty if replaced by another person).
  • Cancel 30 days before departure: 30% penalty of the tour price.
  • Cancel 15 days before departure: 100% penalty of the tour price.
  • In case of natural disasters or epidemics, if no official Japanese entry ban is issued, the above penalties still apply.
    Note: If you cancel but have a replacement guest, the deposit will not be forfeited.

OTHER NOTES:

  • Time calculation excludes holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • If you have family or friends residing locally who wish to join the program, please contact the company before departure.
  • Guests are kindly requested not to skip designated shopping stops in the itinerary.
  • Throughout the trip, guests must be punctual at meeting points to ensure the program runs on schedule.

THE TOUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes…
  • Security incidents such as terrorism, protests…
  • Medical issues including epidemics or guests’ personal health conditions.
  • Airline issues including technical problems, security, delays, or cancellations.
  • Denial of entry at the destination country.

Price includes

  1. Air-conditioned bus (including vehicle insurance) for pick-up, drop-off, and sightseeing according to the itinerary (from 8:00 to 19:00) in Japan.
  2. Tour guide.
  3. Entrance fees to all attractions listed in the itinerary.
  4. Standard hotel accommodation with 2 guests per room. If there is an odd number of guests, triple sharing (3 per room) will be arranged.
  5. Bus insurance throughout the tour.

Price does not include

  1. International airfare to and from Tokyo.
  2. Visa application fees for entry to Japan.
  3. Passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
  4. Single room supplement (if a private room is requested or no roommate is available).
  5. Excess baggage fees exceeding airline regulations.
  6. Transportation and guide fees outside the scheduled itinerary.
  7. Optional meals not included in the tour.
  8. Personal expenses such as phone calls, laundry, hotel minibar drinks, and others.
  9. Tips for local guides and drivers: 7 USD/day/person.
