GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Tour Registration & Payment

  • Customers are required to make a 50% deposit upon tour confirmation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.

2. Tour Cancellation Policy

  • Upon registration: 100% penalty on airfare and 20% of land tour costs
  • After deposit: 30% penalty on total tour price
    (No cancellation fee if a replacement participant is provided)
  • 30 days prior to departure: 100% airfare + 50% land tour penalty
  • 15 days prior to departure: 100% penalty on total cost

Note: In case of natural disasters or epidemics, unless an official travel ban is issued by the destination country, the above cancellation terms will still apply.

3. Tour Program & Customer Responsibility

  • The tour itinerary is subject to change based on actual conditions (weather, flights, etc.)
  • Customers must participate in all scheduled destinations, including shopping points
  • Strict adherence to the itinerary and assembly times is required

4. Limitation of Liability

DAIKICHI shall not be held liable for any changes or cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters (storms, earthquakes, floods, etc.)
  • Unforeseen security issues (protests, terrorism, etc.)
  • Health-related issues or epidemics
  • Airline issues (delays, cancellations, technical faults)
  • Denial of entry by immigration authorities
