1. Tour Registration & Payment
- Customers are required to make a 50% deposit upon tour confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
2. Tour Cancellation Policy
- Upon registration: 100% penalty on airfare and 20% of land tour costs
- After deposit: 30% penalty on total tour price
(No cancellation fee if a replacement participant is provided) - 30 days prior to departure: 100% airfare + 50% land tour penalty
- 15 days prior to departure: 100% penalty on total cost
Note: In case of natural disasters or epidemics, unless an official travel ban is issued by the destination country, the above cancellation terms will still apply.
3. Tour Program & Customer Responsibility
- The tour itinerary is subject to change based on actual conditions (weather, flights, etc.)
- Customers must participate in all scheduled destinations, including shopping points
- Strict adherence to the itinerary and assembly times is required
4. Limitation of Liability
DAIKICHI shall not be held liable for any changes or cancellations due to:
- Natural disasters (storms, earthquakes, floods, etc.)
- Unforeseen security issues (protests, terrorism, etc.)
- Health-related issues or epidemics
- Airline issues (delays, cancellations, technical faults)
- Denial of entry by immigration authorities
