Day 1: Osaka – Arrival and Rest
- Morning: Arrival at Kansai or Osaka airport, transfer to hotel by private vehicle.
- Afternoon: Free time to rest or explore central Osaka independently.
- Evening: Welcome dinner, overnight in Osaka.
Day 2: Osaka – Dotonbori – Food and Nightlife
- Morning: Visit Dotonbori, a bustling street with vibrant neon signs, Osaka’s street food hub.
- Afternoon: Taste local specialties such as takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and kushikatsu.
- Evening: Immerse in lively atmosphere at bars and karaoke venues. Overnight in Osaka.
Day 3: Osaka – Umeda Sky Building – Panoramic Views
- Morning: Visit Umeda Sky Building, ascend the observation deck to enjoy a panoramic view of Osaka, especially beautiful in morning natural light.
- Afternoon: Explore surrounding shopping and dining areas.
- Evening: Overnight in Osaka.
Day 4: Osaka – Kyoto (Fushimi Inari, Kiyomizu-dera, Gion)
- Morning: Travel by private vehicle to Kyoto, visit Fushimi Inari Shrine with thousands of iconic red torii gates.
- Afternoon: Visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple, enjoy scenic views and traditional architecture.
- Evening: Stroll through Gion district, learn about traditional culture and possibly encounter Geisha. Overnight in Kyoto.
Day 5: Kyoto – Nara (Todaiji Temple, Deer Park)
- Morning: Transfer to Nara, visit Todaiji Temple housing the Great Buddha statue (Daibutsu).
- Afternoon: Walk around Nara Deer Park, interact with sacred deer.
- Evening: Return to Kyoto for rest.
Day 6: Kyoto – Koyasan (Mount Koya)
- Morning: Travel to Koyasan, a Buddhist center with over 100 ancient temples.
- Afternoon: Participate in chanting rituals at temples, explore Okunoin cemetery – resting place of Kukai.
- Evening: Overnight at a temple lodging or ryokan on the mountain, experience a sacred and tranquil atmosphere.
Day 7: Koyasan – Gokurakubashi – Mountain Railway
- Morning: Take the Gokurakubashi train, enjoy majestic mountain scenery on the way to Koyasan.
- Afternoon: Free time to explore temples and sacred forest around.
- Evening: Overnight in Koyasan.
Day 8: Koyasan – Wakayama – Shirahama (White Beach and Hot Springs)
- Morning: Transfer to Shirahama, famous for its white sandy beach.
- Afternoon: Relax with sunbathing, soak in onsen hot springs, and enjoy a seafood BBQ by the coast.
- Evening: Overnight at a ryokan with traditional onsen facilities.
Day 9: Shirahama – Kumano Nachi (Kumano Nachi Shrine, Nachi Waterfall)
- Morning: Visit Kumano Nachi Shrine, one of the three famous Kumano Kodo shrines.
- Afternoon: View Nachi Waterfall, 133 meters tall, amidst stunning natural mountain forest.
- Evening: Overnight at a local hotel.
Day 10: Shirahama – Osaka – End of Tour
- Morning: Return to Osaka, free time for shopping and sightseeing.
- Afternoon: Transfer to Kansai airport, end of the tour.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
- Pay 50% of the total tour price immediately after booking confirmation.
- Pay the remaining 50% at least 30 days before departure.
TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancel after deposit payment: 10% penalty of the tour price (no penalty if replaced by another person).
- Cancel 30 days before departure: 30% penalty of the tour price.
- Cancel 15 days before departure: 100% penalty of the tour price.
- In case of natural disasters or epidemics, if no official Japanese entry ban is issued, the above penalties still apply.
Note: If you cancel but have a replacement guest, the deposit will not be forfeited.
OTHER NOTES:
- Time calculation excludes holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- If you have family or friends residing locally who wish to join the program, please contact the company before departure.
- Guests are kindly requested not to skip designated shopping stops in the itinerary.
- Throughout the trip, guests must be punctual at meeting points to ensure the program runs on schedule.
THE TOUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Natural disasters such as storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes…
- Security incidents such as terrorism, protests…
- Medical issues including epidemics or guests’ personal health conditions.
- Airline issues including technical problems, security, delays, or cancellations.
- Denial of entry at the destination country.

- Air-conditioned bus (including vehicle insurance) for pick-up, drop-off, and sightseeing according to the itinerary (from 8:00 to 19:00) in Japan.

- Standard hotel accommodation with 2 guests per room. If there is an odd number of guests, triple sharing (3 per room) will be arranged.

- Visa application fees for entry to Japan.
- Passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.
- Single room supplement (if a private room is requested or no roommate is available).
- Excess baggage fees exceeding airline regulations.
- Transportation and guide fees outside the scheduled itinerary.
- Optional meals not included in the tour.
- Personal expenses such as phone calls, laundry, hotel minibar drinks, and others.
- Tips for local guides and drivers: 7 USD/day/person.
