Payment Timing

Credit Card:
Payment is processed immediately upon booking confirmation.

Bank Transfer:

Any extra charges such as service fees, handling fees, international transaction fees, or optional add-ons will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Travel services and tour arrangements will be fulfilled on the confirmed tour dates and as described in the service details provided during booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation conditions differ depending on the specific tour, travel service, or arrangement booked.

All applicable cancellation fees, deadlines, and refund conditions are clearly stated on the individual tour or service description page prior to booking confirmation. Customers are required to review and agree to these conditions before completing their reservation.

■ Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  1. Before the Scheduled Service Date
    Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or designated contact method).
    Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be calculated based on the cancellation policy specified for the booked tour or service.

  2. On or After the Scheduled Service Date / No-Show
    In principle, no refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated in the specific tour conditions.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of the relevant financial institution.

■ Company-Initiated Cancellation

If a tour or service is canceled due to operational reasons attributable to the Company, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund of the amount paid; or

  • An alternative tour or service of equivalent value (subject to customer agreement).

■ Force Majeure

In the event that a tour or service cannot be provided due to force majeure events including, but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Government regulations or travel restrictions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Other circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control

refunds or alternative arrangements will be handled in accordance with the specific terms and conditions applicable to the booked tour or service.

■ Special Conditions

Certain tours (including limited-time promotions, special event tours, airline-inclusive packages, or customized arrangements) may be subject to stricter cancellation policies. These conditions will be explicitly indicated on the relevant booking page.
